A Very Dickens Christmas

Step into the world of Charles Dickens for an evening of Victorian Christmas magic, inspired by the stories, characters, and traditions that have made his work a holiday classic. We’re bringing A Christmas Carol to the table for a festive literary dinner filled with good food, good company, and a touch of Dickens charm.

Hosted by E. Shaver Booksellers and Flora & Fauna, this is an invitation to leave the ordinary Christmas party behind and step into a Dickens novel for the evening.

So, dust off your finest waistcoat, velvet dress, top hat, or Victorian-inspired finery and dress in your Dickens-inspired best. Whether you’re feeling a little Scrooge, a little Fezziwig, or ready to channel the Ghost of Christmas Past, we’d love to see you in character. As always, costumes are encouraged but not required.

Join us for a Christmas gathering worthy of Tiny Tim himself! After all, Christmas comes but once a year. Bah, humbug!
