A Valentine’s Dinner for Two at Hilton Irvine

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a romantic dinner for two at the Hilton Irvine’s signature restaurant! Join Hilton Irvine anytime Friday, February 13th through Sunday, February 15th, from 5:00 pm-10:00 pm, and enjoy a curated three-course prix-fixe dinner with a complimentary bottle of Jaume Sera Cava Brut to toast for everlasting love. 

Welcome to all Irvine and Orange County locals or travelers for a total cost of $124 for two, guests can enjoy the following menu: 

First Course: 

• Heirloom Roasted Tomato Soup (creme fraiche, fine herbs) or Gem Salad (little gem lettuce, grated parmesan, garlic croutons, radish, chives, black garlic caesar dressing) 

Second Course: 

• 10oz Hanger Steak (shrimp scampi, truffle mash, seasonal vegetables) or Wild Caught Halibut (forbidden rice, asparagus, citrus butter sauce)

Third Course: 

• Creme Brulée or Chocolate Layer Cake

Guests will also have the opportunity to order an exclusive Valentine’s Day cocktail available from February 1st through 15th, the “P.S. I Love You” - a romantic blend of vodka, strawberry, and lemon, topped with sparkling prosecco and a kiss of rose water for a soft, elegant finish.
