Two Brothers, Josh or Nathan from California's own, international award-winning olive oil company - Nuvo Olive Oil - will lead you through an incredible journey of flavors, tastes, and education.
This event is a must-attend for anyone who loves olive oil and wants to learn more about the amazing world of olive oil. We make sure that when you leave, you will always know how to buy real, fresh, olive oil that doesn't require you to buy a plane ticket to Italy.
You'll have the opportunity to learn about the history of olive oil production in California and how it has evolved over the years.
During the event, you will get to taste our Extra Virgin and Flavored Olive Oils, and balsamic vinegars from Italy. You will also learn about the unique flavors and characteristics of each one and how to use them.
You will go home armed with some of the best tools a kitchen can ask for, and ready to elevate even the simplest of dishes into that WOW category.
