"Know What I Mean?" е емблематичен джаз албум от хард боп ерата, издаден през 1962 г. Той обединява двама гиганти на жанра – един от най-великите алт саксофонисти на всички времена, Julian "Cannonball" Adderley, и легендарния пианист Bill Evans. Те са подкрепени от изключителната ритъм секция на Modern Jazz Quartet – Percy Heath (контрабас) и Connie Kay (барабани).Adderley и Evans за първи път се срещат в студио като членове на Miles Davis Sextet, записвайки безсмъртния Kind of Blue – албумът, който преобърна представите за модалния джаз. Малко по-късно Evans се включва в три албума на Adderley като лидер, първият от които – Portrait of Cannonball.

"Know What I Mean?" is an iconic jazz album from the hard bop era, released in 1962. It brings together two giants of the genre – one of the greatest alto saxophonists of all time, Julian "Cannonball" Adderley, and the legendary pianist Bill Evans. They are supported by the outstanding rhythm section of the Modern Jazz Quartet – Percy Heath (double bass) and Connie Kay (drums).
Adderley and Evans first met in the studio as members of the Miles Davis Sextet, recording the immortal Kind of Blue—the album that redefined modal jazz. Shortly after, Evans led three of Adderley’s albums, the first of which was Portrait of Cannonball.
More than 60 years later, the vinyl sound of "Know What I Mean?" continues to inspire with the warmth, depth, and unmatched atmosphere that only an analogue recording can offer.
In honour of this great music, Ralitsa Toneva (saxophone), Hristo Minchev (bass), Stanislav Arabadjiev (piano), and Teodor Toshkov (drums) will recreate the magic of the album – immersing us in the classic jazz world of vinyl.
