As part of our 2024 tour, Music Without Borders pays tribute to the legend of Arab singing, Sabah Fakhri, in a night of Qudood and Muwashahat.
Sabah Fakhri, hailing from Aleppo, was a Syrian vocalist who revitalized the then-fading traditional Arabic music forms, Muwashahat and Qudud Halabiya.
This concert features the exceptional voice of Monzer Khawande and is under the esteemed direction of Syrian-Canadian musician Gaby Al Botros.
