Roast vine cherry tomato soup with herb oil and tendril peashoots
Chicken liver pate with focaccia croutes and red onion chutney
Honeydew, Galia and Watermelon, Pineapple Salsa, Passion Fruit Syrup

Oven-roasted chicken breast with garlic and herb creamed potatoes, seasonal roast vegetables and a pancetta cream sauce
Pork loin with thyme creamed potatoes, seasonal roast vegetables and a sage red wine sauce
Poached garlic and herb cod rosette with a caper and lemon potato cake, pan-fried kale and a white wine sauce

The newer West Wing is a tasteful extension to our beautiful hotel and the rooms are more modern in design but equally comfy and cosy. We can offer a special accommodation rate of £99 per room per night (based on two sharing) including a freshly cooked full Shropshire breakfast the next day
