4 p.m. Group Meal
5 p.m. (approximately) Drum Circle Worship
Event will take place on the lawn of the Hubbard House (In the event of rain, activities will move inside Centenary's building). Parking access available from Cherry or Broad Streets.
We will provide hot sandwiches and sides. Guests may bring a dessert to share.
• Worship our Creator
• Learn new drum songs
• Meet new neighbors
• Diapers will be offered (free) to those in need (all sizes) following the Drum Circle
Worship will feature the use of a specially commissioned ceremonial Grandfather Drum which was made for and gifted to Centenary to be used as a Family Drum - for all ages and genders of both Native and Non-Native persons.
**Our intent is to offer sacred space for Jesus-loving First Nation/indiginous persons to come and worship in their own cultural context. Our ultimate goal is to create a safe and welcoming home for ongoing Native-led ministry.**
We are excited to invite you to be a part of the new relationships we hope to create.
