A Three Course Summer Dinner Supporting a Rare Rescue Opportunity at River Haven Animal Sanctuary at PiANTA on Federal Hill
Join us for an evening of exceptional food, community, and compassion as we come together to support a rare and time-sensitive rescue opportunity.
River Haven Animal Sanctuary has been presented with the chance to provide sanctuary to two animals in need. Because of the sensitive nature of this opportunity and our commitment to protecting future rescue efforts, we are unable to publicly share all of the details at this time.
What we can share is that these animals deserve the opportunity for a safe future, and with your support, River Haven can help make that possible.
Your evening includes a three-course summer dinner created exclusively for this event by Chef Michelle and the PiANTA team.
The evening will also feature:

Menu
First Course
Summer Peach Bruschetta
Grilled artisan bread topped with whipped mascarpone, ripe summer peaches, fresh basil, flaky sea salt, and aged balsamic glaze.
Second Course
Zucchini Carpaccio
Thinly sliced zucchini, summer squash, asparagus, watermelon radish, red onion, Sicilian olive oil, bitter orange, fleur du sel, and crisped shallots.
Third Course
Pappardelle with Blistered Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh pappardelle tossed with blistered cherry tomatoes, sweet summer corn, slow-roasted garlic confit, white wine, and lemon, finished with sunflower seed pesto.
