An interactive course based on Advaita Philosophies from the East and also from the West. We can show you how to make these mostly ancient philosophies relevant to our lives today.You will join a small group (max 15) of like minded people of all ages all walks of life and many religions or none.
In groups we discuss concepts from mostly ancient philosophies and practise mindfulness exercises which our school has been offering since the 1950's. When students are ready they can take up mantra meditation.
Our introductory course is ten weekly sessions long and forms part of a foundation year in Practical Philosophy.
