Nenechte si ujít tento jedinečný a informacemi a praxí nabitý víkend pod vedením jedinečné Advanced Jivamukti lektorky Martyny Febre. Tento víkend je určen všem lektorům jógy, stejně tak i praktikantům, kteří chtějí svou praxi posunout opět o další level (či několik) výš.

HARMONOGRAM:

Sobota 9:00-10:00
Jivamukti Open Class “Start the day right” - a well rounded sequence for practitioners who don’t have much time, focussing on creating heat in the body

Sobota 10:30-12:30 & 14:30-16:30
“The magic touch”
Hands on Adjustment Workshop for teachers and dedicated practitioners. (Please either come warm, or take the class before!)
We will explore the principles and guidelines of giving hands on adjustments safely and skillfully.
In the first part of the workshop we will work on basic assists and in the second part we will work on assisting more advanced āsanas.
There will be plenty of room for questions, trying things out and exploring.

Jivamukti Open Class “The cosmic dancer” - a class honoring dancing Shiva, focussing un backbending leading into Natarajasana
(Mandatory for everyone who wants to take anatomy of a class)

Neděle 11:30-13:30
“Anatomy of a class”
A unique chance to “look behind the curtains” of a vinyasa class. We will talk about general guidelines when it comes to sequencing a peak pose, ideas on how to chose a theme for a class and how to integrate it and how to create a meaningful experience for the practitioners.
There will be lots of room for questions.
