Това лято Rosey’s Mark създава тридневно pop-up преживяване, посветено на българската роза – не просто като сувенир, а като вкус, атмосфера и съвременна култура.
Очакват ви:
🌹 Специално фестивално меню в партньорство с HRC Кулинарна академия
Тематични гурме храни и безалкохолни напитки с вкуса на българската роза в главната роля – създадени да им се насладите в градската паркова среда и като споделено лятно преживяване.
🥀 VR тур в Розовата долина
Потопете се във виртуално пътуване сред розовите полета и сезона на Розобера чрез специално заснет 360° VR филм, който ще може да гледате на място с VR очила.
✨ Градска атмосфера и летен pop-up дух
Три дни, в които ще срещнем българското наследство с кулинарията, дизайна и дигиталните технологии.
Нашата мисия е да покажем, че българската роза има място не само в козметиката и традицията, а и в съвременната гастрономия и култура на преживяванията.
Събитието е първата ни голяма публична градска инициатива и покана към жителите и гостите на София да преоткрият розата по нов начин.

What would happen if we brought the magic of the Rose Valley to the heart of Sofia?
This summer, Rosey’s Mark is creating a 3-day pop-up experience dedicated to the Bulgarian rose – not simply as a souvenir from Bulgaria, but as a taste, atmosphere and contemporary culture.
You can expect:
🌹 Special festival menu in partnership with HRC Culinary Academy
Themed gourmet foods and soft drinks powered by the taste of the Bulgarian rose – specially crafted to be enjoyed in the city park environment and as a shared summer experience.
🥀 VR tour in the Rose Valley
Immerse yourself in a virtual journey among the rose fields during the Rose Picking Season through a specially filmed 360° VR short movie, which you will be able to watch straight on site in the centre of Sofia with VR glasses.
✨ Urban atmosphere and summer pop-up spirit
Three days in which we will encounter Bulgarian heritage with modern cuisine, design and digital technologies.
Our mission is to show that the Bulgarian rose has a place not only in tradition and as a raw material in cosmetics and perfumery, but also in modern gastronomy and culture of experiences.
The event is our first major public city initiative and an invitation to Sofia’s citizens and guests to rediscover the rose in a new way.
