A Taste of Oktoberfest: Sausage Making Experience

For ages 16 & up

Dive into sausage making, one of Germany’s greatest food traditions! (Did you know that Germany is home to more than 1,200 types of sausage?) Join us for a hands-on culinary experience that brings the heart of Bavaria and its wursts to your kitchen! In this immersive class, you’ll work with a small team to learn the art of crafting two types of traditional German sausages from scratch. At the end of class, you’ll sit and enjoy the sausages you’ve made, paired with sides that celebrate the flavors of Oktoberfest.

Hands-on. For ages 16 & up.

21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of German wine or beer paired with the meal.

• Warm Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese and Pickles
• Oktoberfest Bratwurst with German Mustard and Sauerkraut
• Grilled Weisswurst with Hot German-style Potatoes and Rye Bread from our Bakery

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
