MARK YOUR CALENDARS for March 11th! We are very excited to announce a new (free to enter / family friendly) event. With over 50 food establishments in Downtown Vernon, our area has an abundance of local and international flavours for all types of foodies. Yet, many haven't had a chance to try a variety of them.... until now.
The city's most appetizing festival is here, giving visitors the chance to sample a some of downtown Vernon's food and tasty all ages beverages.
This festival is happening inside at The Elks Hall, on March 11th (11am - 3pm). You will find a few of our vendors, who will offer you a sample of their tasty food and beverages. There will be a table in the entrance, selling tickets for a toonie. Yes, only a $2 per delicious sample.
PLUS: Outside, you will find live music under a large tent with Cod Gone Wild (w/2 sets between 11:25am - 1:15pm), DJ Lunchboxx starting it off and in between all entertainers sets, then Don Goddard closes off the day.
