Come join us for an outdoor summer concert with Lenni Green & Vida Chai!Lenni Green (https://lennigreen.bandcamp.com/) is a genre-fluid multi-instrumentalist, composer, singer-songwriter, improviser, producer, and educator with a degree in clarinet performance. Dabbling in folk, psychedelic prog, experimental pop, vintage jazz, and lots in between, they collect techniques and sounds from many styles and fuses them into a unique and authentic expression. In addition to their solo project, performing and producing original songs, they can be heard around Pittsburgh playing with bands Fermented Beats and Penna Players.
Vida Chai (https://www.instagram.com/_vidachai/) is a Pittsburgh-based indie-folk, Americana, and jazz singer-songwriter with over ten years of experience. The name combines "Vida" (Spanish for life) and "Chai" (Hebrew for life or Hindi for tea) Their musical style is eclectic, blending folk, rock, jazz, and neosoul, with influences ranging from Joni Mitchell and Esperanza Spalding to The Dresden Dolls. Chai is also known for their work in music therapy, their background in jazz voice from Duquesne University, and their recent releases such as the single "Agatha" in May 2025.
The show is free, but donations & tips for the artists are very much appreciated!
