There is a particular kind of relief that only the sea can give — and London, for all its charms, has never once provided it. So for one day this July, we're leaving anyway.

Picture it: the rooftops falling away behind you, a brunch box in hand, nothing ahead but turquoise water and limestone cliffs sculpted by ten thousand patient years. *Lulworth Cove.* *Durdle Door.* A gentle coastal walk between the two, sand between your toes, and the rare, glorious sensation of having absolutely nowhere else to be.

This is not a tour. It's a proper escape — for women, for friends, for families, for anyone who has been quietly craving a horizon wider than their own four walls.

*The Shape of the Day*

🚌 *7:00am* — Depart Manor Park, East London. Settle in, open the brunch box, and watch the rooftops give way to hedgerow and hill.

🌊 *11:30am* — Arrive at Lulworth Cove, that famous turquoise bay curved as though some careful hand had drawn it on purpose.

🚶 *Midday* — A gentle coastal walk along the South West Coast Path to Durdle Door, the great limestone arch the sea has spent ten thousand patient years carving. Some steep, uneven ground — sturdy shoes recommended.

🏖️ *Afternoon* — Free time at Durdle Door and back at Lulworth Cove: paddle, picnic, explore the cafés, or simply sit and feel the relief of having nowhere else to be.

🌅 *4:30pm* — Depart Lulworth Cove for the journey home, with sand in your shoes and a story or two already taking shape.

🏡 *Approx. 9:30–10:00pm* — Arrival back at Manor Park (exact time depends on traffic).

🧺 A brunch box is included for the journey down.
