A Storytelling Event about OCD

A Storytelling Event About OCD brings together lived experience, performance, and community connection in a format inspired by The Moth. Maybe, Maybe Not features individuals with personal experience of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder sharing true, unscripted stories told live on stage.

The cast is co-produced by Dr. Shereen Morse, OCD psychiatrist and former stage performer, and Dr. Stacy Welch, OCD psychologist and former director of the Anxiety and Stress Reduction Center of Seattle. Prior to the performance, Dr. Morse works closely with cast members through group coaching sessions focused on storytelling structure, performance strategies, and stage presence—offered at no cost to participants.

This event offers an honest, human portrayal of OCD, using storytelling to reduce stigma, deepen understanding, and create connection.

All proceeds are fundraising for OCD Washington's programs or services.
