A Spring Dinner Party with Benedicts

The team at Benedicts have selected some show stopping dishes for you to wow your family and friends in your home environment. Apply restaurant quality and skill using the best local, seasonal produce and putting a spring in the step of your dinner party dishes! Cook along with the team in the bespoke teaching kitchen!

Students arrive at 10 am and after a short introduction, head into the kitchen. After the hands-on class, you’ll be taken for lunch cooked for you by The Assembly House and the day ends after you’ve eaten when you can collect the food you’ve made, head off home and take credit for your fabulous work!
