A Special Sound Healing Journey
I’m happy to invite you to a very special Sound Healing evening.
This will be my first event since returning from my pilgrimage to Mount Kailash in Tibet. It was a deeply meaningful journey that filled me with so much peace, gratitude, and inspiration. I came back feeling renewed, and I would love to share some of that beautiful energy with you.
We will begin with a Kundalini Yoga breathing practice to raise our energy, clear the mind, and awaken our inner light. This simple yet powerful practice helps us become more present, balance the nervous system, and prepare the body for the sound healing journey that follows.
Then we will move into a deeply relaxing sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls and the gong.
Let the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and gong gently help you unwind, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
I’m also excited to share a new collection of Moon Singing Bowls that I brought back from my journey. These bowls were ceremonially cast during the Full Moon of Saga Dawa, one of the most sacred times in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Saga Dawa honors the birth, enlightenment, and passing of the Buddha, and many people believe it is a time when meditation, prayers, and spiritual practice are especially powerful.
These bowls have a beautiful, rich sound, and I can’t wait for you to experience them.
The vibrations of the bowls and gong can help relax the body, support the nervous system, and bring you back to a place of balance and inner peace.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply need time to recharge, this evening is for you.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort.
