Join us for a special event that celebrates Singapore's blossoming GYROTONIC® community! Led by Master Trainer Debra Rose flying in from San Francisco, experience a rejuvenating 1.5 hour Gyrokinesis group class on stool and mat where you'll learn to layer the concepts of relaxation, length, moving equally, and yawning, so they fit together like Kueh Lapis. Afterwards, enjoy light refreshments and connect with fellow instructors and like-minded individuals who share your passion for GYROKINESIS®
This gathering is not just about movement, it's about coming together for good causes, 100% of the profits from this event will be donated to two charities - ABLE in Singapore and The Celia Wilson Fund in the US!

ABLE is a social service agency with a noble goal: to empower individuals with physical challenges to live with dignity and lead productive, meaningful, and independent lives.
The Celia Wilson Fund has a mission to ensure the Gyrotonic method is available to the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Colour) community, whether one is interested in becoming a certified trainer or wants to experience the system as a client. By participating in our event, you're not only enriching your own well-being through movement and connection, but you're also making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Together, we can make a real impact and help ABLE and the Celia Wilson Fund fulfil their vision of a more inclusive and supportive society for all.
