As we approach the close of another year, there’s a quiet invitation to pause, to listen, reflect, and realign.

Before we step into 2026, I’m hosting our final sound immersion of the year, a sacred space to consciously close the cycle and prepare for renewal.
This is a moment to let sound and intention guide you in releasing what no longer serves, so you can meet the new year with clarity, lightness, and grounded peace.

Through ancient instruments, resonant frequencies, and the alchemy of stillness, we’ll journey through sound as a form of ceremony, washing away the residue of the year and reconnecting you to your inner rhythm.
