Join us for a candle-lit sound bath and guided meditation led by Syd Hemwall. We'll gather in a circle to co-create an altar dedicated to the spirits of winter and rest. Bring an item that represents winter to you. All items are welcome- books, letters, crystals, bones, elements of nature, etc.
To begin the journey, we will tune into your body and energy systems. Syd will use sound to help replenish and revitalize your mind, body, and spirit, providing the deep rest we all crave during this time of year. Allow yourself to let go and sink within, as any tension or discomfort will be unraveled and nourished in a cocoon of sound.
Please bring water, yoga mat, journal, altar item(s), and what you will need to be comfortable laying or sitting with your eyes closed for up to an hour. Some blankets and pillows will be provided.
