A Somatic Journey: Resilience for the Holidays

This Yoga class is specifically designed to take you through an embodied experience of moving from the wounded inner child to your healthy adult self, so your actions this holiday season come from your Highest Self. We’ll be using Kundalini techniques to clear your energy field and calm the mind to help us drop deep into the body for our Somatic Reparenting Meditation™.

Here we will identify where repressed emotion lives in your body and you will be guided through effective reparenting work. During the last part of this workshop, you will be guided into slow, non-linear movement that gives you access to your joy, power and pleasure, as you transmute emotions and unwind rigidity in the body.

Dr. Somer Nicole has over 20+ years of experience and specializes in Trauma Resolution using Somatic Therapy, Reparenting and Nervous System Regulation. She became a Safe & Sound Protocol Provider through Dr. Stephen Porges training. She helps one fast-track their nervous system into increased capacity and resilience. Somer is Doctor of Physical Therapy, a CranioSacral Therapist, SomatoEmotional Release Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, a Kundalini & Hatha Yoga teacher, and specializes in Pelvic Floor recovery. Somer is passionate about helping people holistically heal and empower themselves at the deepest level.
