Workshop Breakdown:
Segment 1 ( 25 th May - 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm): 2.5 hr
Full Body Deep Stretch and Alignment
Master Saumik will guide you through a 2.5-hour session dedicated to achieving a deep stretch and aligning your body. Based on your unique anatomy, learn adjustments to enhance your practice and promote overall well-being.
Segment 2 ( 25 th May – 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm): 2.5hr
Vinyasa to Advance Your Practice
Take your practice to new heights in this segment, focusing on Vinyasa with advanced techniques. Master Saumik will provide personalized alignment and adjustment guidance, tailored to your body anatomy.
Segment 3 ( 26 th May – 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm): 2.5 hr
Spinal Work, Back Bends, and Spine Anatomy
Explore the intricacies of spinal movement, back bends, and understanding spine anatomy. Gain insights into alleviating back pain and fostering a healthier spine through therapeutic practices.
Segment 4 ( 26 th May – 3:30 pm to 6 pm): 2.5hr
Inversion and Core Drills with Shoulder and Wrist Therapy
In the final segment, delve into inversions, core drills, and a comprehensive understanding of transitions. Master Saumik will offer insights into shoulder and wrist therapy, ensuring a safe and enriching conclusion to the workshop.
