A Sensory Approach to Understanding Trauma and Building Resilience

This 3-hour session will equip early childhood educators with trauma-informed strategies. Participants will explore the effects of trauma on young children, learn sensory-based techniques for emotional regulation, and discuss self-care practices to enhance educator well-being.
