As part of the Mad Pride Festival 2026, Connection Salon presents A Sense of Belonging, a theatre workshop on the theme of "belonging," a feeling that is essential for positive mental health.
Belonging fosters resilience, reduces stress anxiety, and protects against depression by providing social support, a sense of purpose, and psychological safety.
The workshop will be led by world renowned David Diamond, a founding member and artistic director of Vancouver Theatre for Living (TfL).
