⭐️CRUCIAL:
Seating will be assigned in the order tickets are purchased. Not the randomized version on Eventbrite. Guests who purchase tickets together, or indicate they are attending with a partner or group, will be seated together whenever possible. Remaining seats will be filled as tickets are sold. Early ticket purchases receive priority seating and the best available seats.
Sometimes the ticket map can look a little confusing, so here’s the actual layout for the event:
🪑VIP SEATING (Front Section)
There are 2 rows of VIP
Each row has 6 seats in one continuous line
There is no split down the middle even though it looks this way on the map.
All VIP guests will be seated directly next to each other (no gaps or separation)
🪑GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING (Back Section)
The back section is made up of 4 full rows of tables
These tables are arranged so guests are seated comfortably together in groups
The very last table in the back row is a single table for 3 guests only (this is due to limited space and is the final table available in that section)
✨ Even though the ticket system may only allow purchases in pairs, I will personally ensure:
1. Groups are seated together
2. Seats are labeled clearly at the event
Everyone is placed as close as possible to the people they’re attending with
My goal is for seating to feel easy, intentional, and comfortable so you can just arrive and enjoy the experience 💫
