Join us for a weekend of Insight (Vipassana) meditation with teacher Fran Gilboy. Through silent sitting and walking meditation, dharma talks, and mindful movement, we’ll explore what it means to pause — not as an escape, but as a return to clarity, presence, and care.
This retreat is open to both new and experienced meditators. Fran brings 28 years of dedicated practice and a warm, heartfelt presence to her teaching.
