Back for it's third year, return to HI-SO Rooftop Bar for the 3rd annual First of Season Caviar celebration.

You’ll arrive to a complimentary glass of bubbles and leave having tasted New Zealand’s finest freshwater caviar before the rest of the country.

A full bar of cocktails, Zenkuro Sake, Humdinger Gin, Billecart-Salmon Champagne specials, wines, beers and spirits run all night — available to purchase as you please.

The Mt Cook Alpine Salmon team will be on the floor all night — ready to walk you through the caviar, share the story behind the season, and raise a toast to the season’s most exquisite produce.

Handcrafted in small batches at the season's open, Freshwater King Salmon Caviar is fleeting by nature — light, clean, and unlike anything imported. Carefully harvested from salmon raised in the pristine alpine waters of South Island's Mackenzie Country, it's a New Zealand original worth celebrating.
