A Revival of Your CREATIVE self

Join me, life coach Maria Plata, as I guide you through a meditation that will give you insight into your creative self. You will also learn a tool that will gently guide you back into your body so that you become more self-aware of what it is trying to tell you. Finally, we will use the information that was provided during the meditation to create a cover for a journal that you can take with you at the end of the workshop!

A revival of your creative self is a workshop designated to help you tap into that part of yourself that might be yearning to get out. Maybe you are a parent who finds the daily life of parenthood overwhelming. Or maybe you are a highly sensitive person who is struggling with the overstimulation that the world brings. Perhaps you have anxiety that gets in the way of you going after your dreams and aspirations.

These are all scenarios that can be solved with the love, kindness, and CURIOSITY that you already have within your CREATIVE Self. Join us as we create a safe space for this part of you to come and give you the insights you've been looking for.
