Quiet your mind, engage your body, and be deeply nourished in this immersive 2-night, 3-day retreat that includes yoga, meditation, breath work, kirtan, sacred sound, intuitive healing, locally sourced organic food, nature, and so much more!
The retreat will take place at the beautiful Trout Lake Abbey, a Buddhist retreat center and organic farm, located on a 23 acre sanctuary with a stunning view of Mt Adams. The Abbey's mission is to support the well-being of all living things and provides a home for people of all beliefs to find peace.

Crystal is a Retreat Leader, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, and Author of Yoga Beyond the Physical. She is the co-founder of the Teton Yoga Festival and Leaders of Unity. She is passionate about aligning individuals with a higher purpose, that supports the well-being of our planet, and strengthens the interconnectedness of humanity. @crystalborup
Kavita Kat Macmillan, Kirtan & Sacred Sound
Kavita is a musician, performer and transformational creative guide who brings over 20 years of teaching, sharing kirtan & study of Naad (sound) yoga & Hindustani vocal practice to her classes and offerings. Special Guests: Adina Takk. Healing sessions & Ecstatic dance.
Adina draws upon 20+ years of training in hypnosis, meditation, energy & bodywork, music, movement practice, breathwork, retreat facilitation and her own transformational healing processes to intuitively guide participants into deep and connected awareness within their inner realms. She'll be offering ecstatic dance and vibrational sound table sessions at this retreat.

Dave Hoover: Sacred Sound bath, Kirtan and mystical soundscapes for yoga
Dave a self taught multi instrumentalist celtic harper and storyteller with a passion for breathing new life into the ancient stories of his Celtic, Germanic, and Greco Roman roots. He honed his skills, playing the harp at the bedside of thousands of patients over a 15 year career as a hospice musician. When not at his home in Portland Oregon, he’s often found playing the harp at ancestral sacred sites, drinking in the history and wisdom that still resonates in those ancient places.
