This special evening brings together Bask Wellness and Terra Soul Sanctuary for an experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Your evening begins with Dr. Erica Zavalee, from Bask Wellness, and her signature herbal tea thoughtfully blended to help you settle into the space and prepare your body for what’s ahead.
From there, you’ll make your way into the spa for an immersive sound bath led by Terra Soul Sanctuary. As the room fills with calming frequencies and your body begins to unwind, Erica from Bask Wellness will gently place a few acupuncture needles to deepen your relaxation and support your body’s natural healing response. If acupuncture feels outside your comfort zone, acupressure will be available as a gentle alternative, ensuring everyone can fully enjoy the experience.
Throughout the evening, guests will also have the opportunity to experience warming moxa, a traditional herbal therapy used to encourage healthy circulation, promote blood flow, and complement the healing effects of acupuncture.
As the final notes of the sound bath fade, we’ll gently float back down to earth with a ceremonial cacao experience, sharing a warm cup, meaningful conversation, and a quiet moment of connection before stepping back into the rest of our week.
