Hotel Grande Bretagne presents an extraordinary culinary experience celebrating two iconic pillars of Greek gastronomy: the tomato and the Xinomavro.For the first time, we embark on a unique journey that bridges tradition and imagination. The menu pays homage to the tomato, a humble yet noble ingredient. For its creation, awarded Executive Chef, Asterios Koustoudis, draws inspiration from the rare heirloom varieties, all cultivated by hand using natural methods on the slopes of Mount Pateras, by natural grower Nikos Tsompanoglou.
Each course is paired with a unique expression of Xinomavro from leading local producers carefully curated by Head-Sommelier Evangelos Psofidis. The story behind each label is revealed as the evening unfolds, weaving together a mosaic of aromas, secrets, and heritage.
