Movie Barf Monday is a film night dedicated to screening English-friendly films in Prague's Edison Filmhub. Every film features an introduction from film presenter Ryan Keating as well as a discussion with a special guest.
✈️ Directed by Jesse Eisenberg, A Real Pain follows mismatched cousins David (Eisenberg) and Benji (Kieran Culkin) as they reunite on a road trip through Poland to honour the memory of their beloved grandmother. But their adventure takes a turn when old conflicts begin to emerge against the backdrop of family history.
🏆 The film was a Sundance hit last year and also scored a Best Supporting Actor Golden Globe for actor Kieran Culkin). A Real Pain is also nominated for two Oscars - one for Culkin for Best Supporting Actor and one for Best Original Screenplay.
