A Purr-rect Pause-Cat Yoga for Ages 9-18 : Gratitude Garden

Parents of pre-teens and teens (ages 9–18), are you looking for a positive, screen-free outlet for your child this November?

Warrior Kids Yoga is thrilled to invite your child to a special "Gratitude Garden" Cat Yoga session. This isn't just a yoga class—it's a fun, gentle, and deeply grounding experience designed specifically for their busy lives. No prior yoga experience is needed!

In the midst of homework and the pre-holiday rush, this session offers a vital moment of zen. Your child will learn simple, gentle movement and mindfulness techniques alongside our incredibly calming (and adoptable!) feline friends.

November is the ideal time for them to embrace the spirit of thankfulness, strengthen their connection to themselves, and build calm resilience for the holiday season ahead. They'll leave feeling centered, grateful, and maybe even a little happier from the kitty cuddles!

What to Expect:

🧘‍♀️ Cat Yoga Session (60 Minutes):

• Our certified instructor leads a gentle, playful yoga practice suitable for all levels (no experience necessary!).
• Find your ultimate mood booster as you strike poses surrounded by curious and cuddly felines.
• This is a wonderful way to practice mindfulness and relaxation—our furry friends are experts at helping you connect with the present moment.

🐾 Free Time with Felines (30 Minutes):

• After the yoga, enjoy dedicated time for pure feline fun.
• Pet, play, and soak up the positive energy from the adoptable cats.

😌 Stress Relief: Cats have a profoundly calming effect. Their presence naturally helps reduce stress and anxiety in pre-teens and teens.
