You're not just answering trivia questions, you're solving a murderEvery week for five years, the local pub was home to a run-of-the-mill trivia game. Then one day... it was home to a murder!
After months of investigating, the cops have come up empty-handed. But your dashing trivia host has solved the case. And now they're revealing the identity of the murderer the only way they know how: Through a pub trivia game. Each round, your group will answer trivia questions, which will, in turn, unearth details of the murder, rule out suspects, uncover backstories and ultimately answer the greatest question of them all: Whodunnit?
So form a team with your sleuthiest friends and see if you can solve The Case of The Poisoned Patron.
Please note: We realize that for many, the phrase "murder mystery" evokes a theatrical production, but we should be clear that this event will be a pub trivia game where the questions you answer will be integral to ultimately cracking the case. This will not be a production featuring actors and actresses, nor will there be any audience roles/perfromances. A few other items of note...

1) This is our first time running this particular event. We think it's going to be a ton of fun, and are working away to build the best game possible, but it's possible there will be elements of the experience that, once we put it in front of live people, we realize could be done better. As such, tickets to this inaugural event are selling at a discount. We picture full price tickets to future runs of this game costing $20-30 per person, but for this one they are just $13 each. 2) Knight Moves is a BYOB venue. For those who'd like to bring some alcoholic beverage(s) to enjoy with the game, you are welcome to do so, there is just a $5 fee you'll have to pay at the door.
3)Knight Moves is a board game cafe with about a bazillion board games on hand to play. Your ticket also gets you admission to the venue at any point that day! So if you'd like to come early and enjoy some board games before this event starts, you are welcome to do so.
4) Refunds are only available to those who cancel with more than 48 hours' notice. After that, we're blowing the money from your ticket sale on something extravagant and nonrefundable.
