Dr. Heidi Schreiber-Pan is the founder and executive director of the Center for Nature Informed Therapy. A licensed professional counselor and board-approved supervisor, Dr. Schreiber-Pan is internationally recognized for her expertise in bereavement counseling, as well as the treatment of anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, stress reduction, and occupational burnout. Having been a faculty member at Loyola University, Maryland, she has researched resiliency, psychological well-being, and nature-informed therapy. Alongside her successful self-help book, "Taming the Anxious Mind," her latest publication, "The Outside Within: Stories of Nature’s Role in Psychological Well-being," was released in April 2023.
