You are invited to join Nathan Watt of The McCowen & LaGace Group Powered by eXp Realty and Mike Donnelly of Barrier Free Construction for a presentation about Universal Design & Barrier Free Home Renovations. In this one hour presentation, Nathan & Mike will discuss the rarely known benefits of building universal design homes and how barrier free renovations can dramatically improve not just the quality of living within a home, but the homes overall equity and value.
Nathan Watt is a licensed realtor with The McCowen & LaGace Group Powered by eXp Realty in Cape Coral, FL. As a person with disabilities himself, Nathan is very excited about this joint venture with Barrier Free Construction.
Mike Donnelly is the owner of Barrier Free Construction. Mike has been building and servicing the greater SW Florida area since 2005.
Doors will open at 3pm for this free event and light refreshments will be served.
