June’s guest facilitator, Will O’Connor (he/they), will lead intimacy practices focused on Relational Meditation. This edition will explore how we can orient to the body’s capacity for pleasant states, then discover how those states can harmonize in connection with others.

Participants can expect to deepen their awareness of how the dance of relating happens in real time, while taking away skills around easeful authenticity, gracefully calibrated intimacy, and creative connection.
