This is an educational talk highlighting the history and health benefits of tea and dark chocolate (cacao) with insights from Kim’s commercial chocolatier background. We will discuss how to brew a proper cuppa, how tea varieties differ, and the tenants of the Cha/Tea Ceremonies. Included are samplings of tea infusions paired with fine chocolates.
