Improve your acting, your confidence and your pleasure on stage through playing tons of games and connecting with people.

Hi, I’m Joey :)

I’m an actress and a clown.

I performed with Cirque du Soleil, The National Theatre, RSC, and more, and taught clown and play for the Globe, the Old Vic, East 15, Told by an Idiot, and more.

In this course, we’ll use theatre games and clown exercises to reignite our senses, get to know ouselves and each other, and open up the pleasure of playing for an audience! ​

This will be a fun and laughter workout :0)

• Practice performing with others
• Learn about the state of the clown
• practice your stupid self
• Perform in a non-judgmental environment
• Make mistakes and laugh at them
• Get guidance & encouragement from a pro clown :)
• Have fun, Make friends

This course is open to all levels.

If you’re a beginner, join this course to discover performance from its most fun and playful angle. No acting experience is needed.​

If you’re already a performer - come to boost your playfulness and pleasure on stage and discover new freedoms.​

You don’t need to be a native English speaker. We all speak the language of play :)

The course will run over four Saturdays 4pm - 6pm
