Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the event will run from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Join us for an enlightening evening where we will delve into the importance of mental health and its profound connection to our faith.Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, significantly impacting every aspect of our lives. In Islam, psycho-spiritual wellness is closely tied to fulfilling our innate purpose and seeking divine approval.

Our journey towards holistic well-being spans physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions. Understanding ourselves psychologically and spiritually not only deepens our connection with Allah SWT but also strengthens our adherence to religious teachings. As Sahl bin ʿAbdullāh, may God be pleased with him, said: “If one knows his mind, one knows his state between him and his Lord.”This event will offer valuable insights into the Islamic perspective on mental health and addictions, encouraging thoughtful discussions and providing a spiritually grounded approach to mental well-being.
