We've heard the call...women need a place to talk about this stage, to share and learn.Come, join other women in this stage of life - peri and menopause...this amazing time of change, wisdom, and let's face it - chaos!
Experience the power of community as we come together to navigate the journey of perimenopause and menopause. In a world where women often carry the weight of responsibilities, it's essential to find a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported. This group offers a safe and compassionate environment where you can share your personal experiences, listen to others, and discover that you're not alone in facing the challenges and changes that come with this stage of life. Our facilitator is a hormone specialist. She will offer a few minutes of education at each session and is a wealth of knowledge and referrals.
Each session includes time for open discussion, sharing, and receiving support, brief hormone/menopause education, possible guest speakers, as well as guided rituals to help ground and center.
Together, we will connect deeply, share openly, and thrive collectively, fostering a sense of sisterhood that enriches our lives and strengthens our spirits.
What to Bring:
-A water bottle to keep hydrated
-A journal and pen for jotting down insights and reflections
-Wear comfortable clothing, as we will be sitting on bolsters on the floor
We plan to host this support group twice a month, meeting on the first and third Monday of each month. This regular schedule provides ongoing support and a sense of community for those navigating this stage of life.
