A Perfectly Posh! PL for Educators

Educators are invited to this special opportunity to preview the State Library’s exhibitions, Perfectly Posh! Illustrations by Gabriel Evans and Izzy: Exhibition of Abraham ‘Izzy’ Orloff’s photographs.

At this FREE event, Educators will:

- enjoy a Perfectly Posh high tea while engaging with Western Australian picture book author and illustrator Gabriel Evans via Zoom link, as he talks about his writing and illustration process. There will be opportunities for Gabriel to answer your questions.

- participate in a curatorial tour of Perfectly Posh! Illustrations by Gabriel Evans and Izzy: Exhibition of Abraham ‘Izzy’ Orloff’s photographs.

- learn about the supporting resources and engagement activities that your students can participate in when they visit the exhibitions.

- find out all you need to know to enjoy a FREE school visit to the State Library of Western Australia

- preview a brand-new online teaching resource to support the P-3 HaSS curriculum in the classroom

- network with fellow professionals in your field at this catered event.

Perfectly Posh! – Illustrations by Gabriel Evans will be open from Friday 4 February 2022 to Monday 18 April 2022 in The Story Place Gallery - Mezzanine Level.

Izzy – Exhibition of Abraham ‘Izzy’ Orloff’s Photographs will be open from Friday 28 January 2022 to Sunday 17 April 2022 in the Ground Floor Gallery.

The exhibitions are FREE of charge.

Registration/arrival for this event opens at 4.30pm for a 5pm start.
