A Percussion Piece — 1200 People. One Collective Artwork on Amsterdam.
On 19 September 2026, 1200 people will come together at NDSM in Amsterdam to create a large-scale participatory artwork through sound.
Bring an everyday object that makes noise (a pot, bucket, can, lid or handmade instrument) and become part of an improvised collective soundscape. Each performer will wear the face of a Belarusian political prisoner, turning numbers into human presence and solidarity.
No experience needed. You don’t just watch the artwork — you create it.
