A Path to Wellness with Janice Messino

Are you as excited as I am about the transformative program on May 18, 2024? This practice supports the expansion of consciousness and the seamless integration of mind
& body wellness.
The gathering combines the effective techniques of somatic qi breathwork, introductory Tai Chi, meditation, and flowing Qigong. We will close with the sounding of Tibetan
Singing bowls and a brief Q&A to enhance a more complete assimilation of the mindful movements. Consistent practice of these techniques can indeed help optimize vitality,
inner calm, and balance. All may lead to increased longevity and renewed cellular energy.
THIS EVENT IS OUTSIDE, IN THE BACK UNDER THE TENT.
What to Bring: Yoga mat (limited qty of mats available during the event) & water in a shatterproof container.

Parking: GPS MAY SEND YOU IN WRONG DIRECTION! Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Follow the driveway past the Zen Studio and Talcott Center. There will be parking areas on your left, and the tented area on your right. Park in the parking area and head to the tent for the event.
