About this Event

Join us for a warm and welcoming Pagan Friendsgiving gathering at The Grove, a time to celebrate the season of harvest, gratitude, and community. Nestled between Samhain🎃 and Yule❄️, and set amidst the crisp autumn air and colorful leaves 🍂🍁, this event honors the spirit of giving, earth-based traditions, and the magic of coming together in fellowship.

We'll begin with a gratitude circle where we can each share what we are thankful for, followed by a potluck feast. We'll provide a couple homemade main dishes and have the coffee ☕️, hot chocolate 🫕, and tea 🫖 bar set up 🙂.

Please bring (those who are able, but not required) a favorite dish inspired by the harvest season or something that represents abundance and comfort to you.

We'll also be hosting a community altar, where you can place items that symbolize your personal blessings, intentions, or ancestors, helping us create a beautiful space filled with collective gratitude and energy.

Throughout the evening, we’ll have fire 🔥 outside to gather around for warmth and storytelling. We'll close with a ritual of thanks, honoring the land and each other, and reflecting on our shared hopes for the winter season ahead.

Additionally, we're sure there will be folks willing to do some reading 🔮, an impromptu drum 🥁 circle is always a possibility, we'll put out some craft supplies 🎨, maybe play a movie 📽 on one of the projectors, and the dragon puzzle 🧩 can always use attention 😁

We’re excited to gather and share this experience with everyone. To help cover basic costs and to plan for how many friends to welcome, this gathering will be donation based with various levels to accommodate everyone in being able to participate and to allow us to give back some to a worthy charity. Your contribution allows us to create a meaningful and accessible event for all, with the spirit of giving back.

Ticket Donation Levels:

Gratis / Aid (any age) - $0

For those who would like to attend but otherwise just could not financially. Limited qty, so please only use if genuinely needed.

Child (<15) - $3

Children under the age of 15.

Supporter (15+) – $5

Contribute what you can to support our gathering.

Community Builder (15+) – $10

Help us go a step further in covering our costs and supporting our event.

Sustainer (any age) – $15

This donation level helps us cover essential costs and supports our community initiatives.

Giving Back Together:

We’ll have a collection box for non-perishable food donations for the local food bank, and we’ll also contribute half of all monetary donations to a charity we’ll select together. Join us in making a difference!

Together, let’s embrace this season of reflection, community, and gratitude as we celebrate our Pagan Friendsgiving!

The World Tree Community Collective (WTCC) is an Indianapolis based, non-path specific, open, inclusive, group dedicated to community, education, and social connection through earth-based spirituality and pagan traditions.

Whether you follow a specific path, are exploring your beliefs, evolving in your practice, or simply have an interest in learning about earth-based spirituality and other cosmic topics, you are welcome here.

WTCC’s mission is to build a community of open-minded individuals with an appreciation for nature, diverse pagan beliefs, and a shared passion for meaningful connection. We aim to offer support, foster understanding, inspire learning, and encourage fun through engaging activities and events, and intellectually stimulating discussions.

Our offerings include a regular monthly community gathering with guided discussions, guest speakers, communal food, themed crafts, rituals, and time for socializing. Additionally, we host a book club, seasonal events (such as art and vendor fairs, seed swaps, and workshops), and parties and celebrations for solstices, sabbats, and other special occasions.

Everyone is welcome—nature loves diversity, and so do we. 🍃
