June will mark one year since Dexter Scott Stoops took his first and last breaths and left this world in the arms of his loving parents. After his passing, we relied very heavily on the nonprofit organization, Emma's Footprints - which provides a community for families grieving infant and pregnancy loss. Their services include providing emotional support, financial assistance for burial, cremation, and memorialization, and counseling services, among many others.
The support we have received from our Emma's family has helped us continue to process our grief. It's given us a constant source of support and encouragement. We could think of no better way to honor our son, on his first heavenly birthday, than throwing him a celebration to raise money for the organization that has meant so much to us in his passing.
? The fundraiser will be held at Cooks Pavilion (Presque Isle State Park) on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
There will be food (pre-sold tickets required), auctions and raffles, a bake sale, face painting and other activities for children.
Please come and support us in our mission to honor Dexter on his first heavenly birthday. All proceeds raised will be donated directly to Emma's Footprints.
