A North Sea Holiday

Your friends from the 3rd Elephant Trio invite you on a grand voyage to a magical winter wonderland this Christmas season under their new banner 'The North Sea Consort'!

With our good friends and experienced tour guides, Laura MacKenzie (Celtic flutes and bagpipes) and Dan Newton (accordionist extraordinaire), we’ll be steering into a rich tapestry of holiday music drawn from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Sweden, Finland, and the beloved traditions of the season. Joining our fearless crew are cellist Diane Tremaine and mandolin/guitar master Richard Kriehn, bringing their warm tone and festive spirit along for the journey.

Come join the rollicking good time as we weave mandolins, fiddles, cello, concertinas, Celtic flutes, and whistles into a joyful, heartwarming holiday soundscape!

Wear your holiday best, bring your cheer (and maybe a jingle bell or two), and come add to the festive craic — it’s sure to be a memorable Christmas celebration!

Tickets are $30.00 in advance and $40.00 at the door. Seating is general admission and doors open at 6:30 PM. Concessions, merchandise and Mr. Chipper's fresh-baked cookies will be available for sale during the concert.

The Music Factory is located on the 2nd floor of the WWI era Old Milk Factory on the Rum River in Anoka. It is not a wheelchair accessible building and there are some stairs to climb.

*For attendees in groups of eight or more who want to sit together, please feel free to contact us in advance and we are willing to set aside a group of chairs in the back seating section of the main room floor for your group. We don’t do group discounts.
