It will be a spooky and scintillating Halloween drag dinner party on the San Diego rooftop -- hosted by the one and only Victoria Elvato! There will also be DJ beats and fabulous over-the-top performances by Chichi Fuera, Angel Holywood, Rosalinda, and Summer Daze.
