Burrata Beet Salad
buffalo milk cheese, beet variety, herb pesto,
citrus rye crumble, herb salad

portobello mushroom, leek, juniper, herbs, truffle paste,

Main Course:
Halibut Clam Chowder
4oz pan seared halibut, classic clam chowder, herb salad

black garlic mash, sunchoke cipollini ragout,
roasted chicken jus
